10Deal stages for tracking multiple opportunities per contact
Track individual deals or opportunities tied to a contact — separate from the existing follow-up status — so you can see where each potential sale stands, not just where the relationship stands overall.
App icon badge for new leads and follow-ups
An unread-count badge on the app icon when you've added My MASH Card to your home screen, so you can see new leads or follow-ups waiting without opening the app.
Deals / multi-job value tracking per customer
For businesses with recurring customers (multiple jobs/visits per customer, not a single one-time lead), a way to log each job as its own record and see the customer's total value across all of them — real LTV instead of a single manually-updated number. Depends on demand: the simpler 'optional customer value field' ships first as a starting point.
Email signature with embedded card link and QR code
Generate an email signature with your digital card link and QR code built in, so every email you send is another way for people to find and save your card.
AI contact enrichment for captured leads
Automatically fill in missing details on a captured lead, title, company, LinkedIn profile, using public data sources, so an incomplete share-back form still ends up with a complete lead record.
AI conversation notes — quick voice or typed note, cleaned up automatically
Add a quick voice-to-text or typed note right after meeting someone, and let AI clean it into a structured summary attached to the lead. No conversation recording required — you dictate what you want remembered, not a full transcript of the conversation.
Card Conversion Modes / CTA Priority Settings
Allow card owners to choose the primary conversion goal for each digital card, which changes the visual hierarchy and CTA order without changing the card's core information. Initial modes: • Lead-first: Prioritizes "Share Your Info," then Save Contact. Best for networking, sales, events, and lead capture. • Contact-first: Prioritizes phone, email, website, and Save Contact. Best for service businesses and referral-driven cards. • Review-first: Prioritizes review links and reputation actions. Best for post-service or customer follow-up cards. Future version could include template-specific defaults, analytics by conversion mode, and recommendations based on card usage.
Calendar integration — book meetings directly from your card
Embed a Calendly-style booking link or native calendar integration directly on your digital business card.
Multi-business support — multiple emails and phone numbers per card
Support users who operate multiple businesses or roles by allowing multiple email addresses and phone numbers on a single card.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration
Add your digital business card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so it's always one tap away on your phone.

1Automated follow-up email sequences (Gmail-connected)
Connect your own Gmail account and build a follow-up sequence that sends automatically after you capture a lead. Write your own messages ahead of time, set your own timing, and let My MASH Card handle the sending — for example, a first note shortly after you meet someone, then a check-in a few days later if you haven't heard back. Sequences stop automatically the moment someone replies.

40Met in person? Now part of every contact
Every contact now has a simple Met in person? answer: Yes, No, or Not sure. It sits with your other context in the contact's details, and you can set it for a stack of contacts at once from the bulk bar after an event. AI drafts use it, so they only say things like "great meeting you" when you actually met.
AI drafts stick to what actually happened
AI follow-up drafts now stick to what's true. They know how a contact actually reached you (QR scan, flyer, paper card, referral, LinkedIn), whether you met in person, and when they came in. They won't invent a conversation you never had or claim you met at a place you only wrote down as context. Draft Context is also available right in the Lead Feed draft now, not just on the full contact profile, so you can add a line about what you talked about and get a sharper draft. Still Beta.
Draft with AI, right from the Lead Feed
Tap Follow Up on any lead in the Lead Feed and pick Draft with AI. You get the same draft as the full contact profile: subject and body, edit it, then copy it or open it in your mail app or Gmail. Follow-ups are also more honest now. Opening an email no longer marks a lead as followed up on its own. When you come back, we ask if you sent it, and only a yes counts. Your follow-up numbers and reminders stay accurate. Draft with AI is a Pro feature.
More control over your card: photo framing, social links, and captions
Reposition and zoom your profile photo so it sits right in the frame, on every template. Add Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube links, and rename any social link to say what you want. You can also add a short caption under your phone, email, and website, like "Text or Call" or "Email Us," so people know the best way to reach you.
Review Card: lead with your name or your business name
Choose what shows up biggest at the top of your Review Card page, your name or your business name. Handy if customers know the shop better than they know you, or the other way around. Whichever you pick now carries through to the review button too, so it reads "Leave [your business] a Google Review" instead of always using your name.
Bulk tag, untag, and assign to events
Select multiple leads in the Lead Feed or Contacts and add tags, remove tags, or assign them to an event in one step. Useful after a busy event when you've got a stack of new contacts to sort.
Log who reached out: you or them
Log Activity now tracks direction. Record what you did (sent an email, called, got no response) or what they did (replied, reached out first, referred someone to you). Every interaction is saved to a clean activity history on the contact instead of one long notes field. AI follow-up drafts read this too, so a draft won't talk about a conversation they started as if you started it. Pro feature.
Affiliate Program — earn commission for referrals
Refer other business owners to My MASH Card and earn commission on their subscription. Self-serve and instant — no application or approval wait. Get your unique referral link from your affiliate dashboard, share it, and track signups and commission as they come in.
Closed Reason — tag why a lead closed, not just that it did
When a lead's status is set to Closed, you can now tag why: Won, Lost, Went Cold, or Parked (a relationship that's still alive, just not an active pipeline item anymore) by default. Fully customizable in Settings → Display, same pattern as Relationship Intent: reorder, rename, add your own, archive without losing it from any lead already using it. This sits alongside your follow-up status, not inside it, so nothing about how New / Followed Up / In Conversation / Closed works has changed. If you've connected NinjaPipe, DealDrive, or a webhook, the resolved reason now rides along in the outbound sync payload automatically.
Contact profile photos, with automatic Gravatar fallback
Click any contact's avatar in the Contact Details panel to upload a photo from your device. If you don't upload one, the app automatically checks for a Gravatar tied to that contact's email and uses it, falling back to initials if neither exists. Photos now show consistently everywhere a contact's avatar appears — Lead Feed, Contacts, and the dossier.
Contact Details — reordered for what actually matters first
Two small layout fixes to Contact Details based on real usage: the Context section (where you met, relationship intent, event tag) now sits right at the top, above generic contact info, since it's the part of the record that actually differentiates a relationship rather than just how to reach someone. Marketing opt-in moved out of Context and into the Contact section, where it fits better as a consent flag tied to reaching this person.
Load More on Lead Feed and Contacts — no more silent 500-lead cutoff
Lead Feed and Contacts previously showed only your 500 most recent leads with no way to see anything older — past that count, older leads just silently stopped appearing. Both pages now show a Load More button when there's a real chance more exist, so nothing gets permanently hidden as your contact list grows.
Clarified Lead Feed vs. Contacts — what each page is for
Lead Feed and Contacts show the exact same captured leads, just in different layouts, which made it unclear what each page was actually for. The subtitles on both now say so directly — Lead Feed frames itself as what needs your attention, Contacts frames itself as your full searchable directory.
Relationship Intent — tag what a lead is for, not just who they are
Every captured lead can now be tagged with what the relationship is for — Client / Prospect, Investor, Partner, Referral Source, Hire / Talent, or Just Staying in Touch — right alongside Where Met and Event Tag at capture. Fully customizable in Settings → Display: reorder, rename, add your own, or archive ones you don't use (archiving never deletes it from a lead already using it). Editable inline from the Contact Dossier, Edit Lead, or right at capture, with a clear way to leave it unset or clear it if you change your mind. The AI Follow-Up Draft now reads this signal too, so a draft to an investor and a draft to a client read differently, not just with a swapped-in word.
AI Follow-Up Draft marked BETA
The AI Follow-Up Draft feature is now labeled BETA everywhere it appears — in the Contact Dossier, the Edit Lead modal, Settings display preferences, and on the site's feature pages. The feature still works and is available on Pro, but the draft quality is still being refined, and the label reflects that honestly rather than presenting it as a finished, fully-polished feature.
Contact Details panel — centered on desktop and tablet
The Contact Details panel (opened from Lead Feed or Contacts) previously slid out from the right edge of the screen at every size, wasting most of the screen on desktop and tablet. It now opens as a centered modal on larger screens with room to breathe, while mobile keeps the original full-height slide-out that already worked well there.
DealDrive CRM sync
My MASH Card now syncs leads directly to DealDrive, alongside NinjaPipe and custom webhooks. Each user connects their own DealDrive API key in Settings → Integrations — leads sync automatically on capture (or manually, your choice), with the same sync history, error logging, and one-click retry already available for NinjaPipe.
Delete contacts from the Contacts page
You can now delete one or multiple contacts directly from the Contacts page — select any number of contacts and bulk delete, or open a single contact's detail view and delete just that one. Matches the same delete confirmation already used in the Lead Feed.
In-app notifications for new leads and follow-up reminders
A notification bell in the sidebar/header surfaces new lead alerts and follow-up reminders in real time, no page reload needed. Each notification links straight to the contact. Notification channels (new lead alerts, follow-up reminders) are independently toggleable per user in Settings → Automations — in-app alerts are available on the free tier, email alerts are Pro.
Diagnostic Agent — AI chat to review your follow-up system
An in-app AI chat assistant (found at /diagnostic) you can talk to about your own account — ask it to check your lead capture flow, review your follow-up patterns, or investigate why something isn't working, without digging through settings yourself.
Fixed contact info contrast on Bold template (was invisible on white)
Contact info (email, phone, website) on the Bold template was rendered with the same faded, high-contrast-for-dark-backgrounds color used on Executive, but Bold's content area sits on a plain white background — making the text nearly invisible. Bold now renders standard dark text like every other white-body template (Minimalist, Modern Grid, Headliner, Business Capture).
Display settings — hide optional dossier fields
A Display tab in Settings letting each user hide the optional Contact Dossier sections they don't use (Deal Value, Marketing Opt-In, AI Email Draft, LinkedIn Outreach) for a cleaner view. Purely a per-user display preference.
Optional customer value field on leads
An optional dollar-value field on a lead, so businesses that manage repeat or existing customers (not just new-lead capture) can note what a customer or job was worth and sort/filter by it. Off by default since most users are using My MASH Card for networking, not customer value tracking. This is a lightweight starting point, not a full deal-pipeline — it represents a single value per lead, not an aggregate across multiple jobs with the same customer.
See which card captured each lead
Every lead in the Lead Feed and Contact detail view now shows which card actually captured it, with a direct link to view that card and (from the Contact detail view) jump straight to editing it. Makes it possible to trace which card is actually driving leads when you're running more than one.
Automatic webhook sync on new leads
Leads captured through your public card now automatically sync to your configured webhook, not just NinjaPipe. Previously webhook sync only ran on manual retries.
Fixed text readability on Executive template
Fixed low-contrast contact info (email, phone, website) on the Executive template, which applies your accent color to the whole card including the content area below the header. Text now automatically adjusts for readability against whatever color you choose, the same way header text already does.
Mark an Event as a permanent location
Events can now be marked as a permanent location (e.g. a storefront) instead of a time-boxed event. Hides the end date and displays as "Ongoing since [date]" — useful for business owners with multiple locations who want to tag leads by location the same way a booth tags a conference, without creating separate cards per location.
Snooze a follow-up reminder
Replaced the old "Send Now" nudge action with Snooze — push a lead's scheduled follow-up reminder out 3 days instead of firing it early or cancelling it outright. Sits next to Cancel Nudge on any lead flagged for a follow-up. The nudge badge now also shows "Snoozed · [date]" when active.
Business Capture Card — storefront and event booth lead capture template
A new card template built for businesses capturing customer or lead info, not an individual sharing their own contact, for storefront counter displays and event/conference booths. Business name and incentive headline up front, capture form is the primary action, includes a marketing opt-in checkbox. Uses the existing Events system as a flexible location or event tag (a store owner with multiple locations can tag each one the same way a booth tags a conference). Built, not yet live-tested.
Save captured leads straight to your phone
You can now save any lead, or a batch of selected leads, directly to your phone's contacts, no CRM required. Look for "Save to Phone" in the Lead Feed and Contacts pages, select one lead or several, and download them as a single file your phone can import in one tap. Also fixed: Lead Feed's bulk actions (Tag, Untag, Event, Status) now work reliably and are easier to use on mobile, and Contacts no longer cuts off names on smaller screens.
Bulk "Save to Phone" — export multiple contacts as one .vcf file
Select one or more leads in Lead Feed or Contacts, then tap "Save to Phone" to download a single .vcf file your phone's contacts app can import all at once.
MASH App — Install to Home Screen
Add the My MASH Card web app directly to your phone's home screen for quick, one-tap access. Works on iOS (via Safari Share → Add to Home Screen) and Android/Chrome (native install prompt).
Live Preview — Full Card Hierarchy in Editor
The card editor's live preview now renders the complete card layout, including CTAs, contact details, bio, action links, media gallery, QR section, LinkedIn button, and footer — exactly as visitors see the public card. Interactive elements in preview mode show a safe placeholder instead of triggering real actions (no leads created, no contact downloads, no navigation away from the editor).
Event-based lead tagging with QR codes
Create event-specific QR codes that automatically tag incoming leads with the event name, date, and context for easy follow-up segmentation.
Paper business card and event badge scanner — scan and import contacts
Built: a 'Scan a Card' option in the lead feed's overflow menu opens a camera/upload flow, extracts name/email/phone/company/title/website from the photo, and shows an editable review form before saving — nothing saves without your confirmation. Reuses the existing createLead pipeline, so duplicate detection, event tagging, plan limits, CRM sync, and notifications all apply the same as any other lead. Tagged with a new lead_source: 'Scanned Card/Badge'. Not yet verified live — needs a real test pass before marking shipped.
Google Sheets integration with automatic sync
Automatically sync new leads to a Google Sheet of your choice, keeping your CRM and outreach spreadsheets up to date in real time.
LinkedIn outreach workflow with interaction logging
Structured LinkedIn outreach workflow built into the contact dossier. Copy a context-aware message to your clipboard, open the lead's LinkedIn profile in one tap, then log the interaction when you return. All interactions are timestamped and visible in your Activity Timeline.
AI-powered follow-up email drafts
Automatically draft personalized follow-up emails for new leads using AI, based on where you met them and their contact details.
Card customization — custom fonts, colors, and layout themes
Accent color and a curated font (7 options) are live in the card editor, applied across every template except Review Card, with automatic text-contrast so header text stays readable against any chosen color. Full custom color theming beyond a single accent, and additional layout arrangement options beyond the existing template picker, remain open for a future pass.
Dedicated search page with keyboard shortcut (Cmd+K)
Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere in the app to open a global search over every captured contact. Search reaches across name, company, notes, tags, and where you met — not just names — and results can be narrowed by tag so you can pull up every contact carrying a given tag. Selecting a result jumps straight to that contact's dossier. The search opens as a quick overlay, so you stay on whatever page you were on until you pick a result.
