Digital Business Card with Follow-Up
A digital business card with a follow-up system that nudges you, not sends for you. Automated reminders, AI-drafted emails you review and send, interaction logging, and CRM sync.
One reminder that catches a lead before it goes cold is worth more than a year of My MASH Card.
My MASH Card is a digital business card with a follow-up system that actually nudges you, so a captured lead doesn’t rely on remembering to open an app you forgot about. A 24-hour reminder fires when a lead has gone unactioned, AI drafts a follow-up email you review and send yourself, every interaction gets logged, and it all syncs to your CRM.
The problem
Every system I tried before this eventually became the same story: it worked for about two weeks, then it didn’t.
My original setup was the Notes app on my phone, plus whatever the last person to text me happened to be. I’d tell myself I’d move the note somewhere real, and I never did. After that I tried Google Sheets, which held together for a while, and then stopped being consistent, and eventually I just gave up on it entirely. None of those systems failed because I didn’t care about the leads. They failed because none of them reminded me. They just sat there waiting to be opened, and I never opened them.
And even when I did remember to follow up, the blank page was its own problem. Staring at a name with no context, trying to write something that didn’t sound like a form letter — that’s where most follow-up dies, not at the sending step, but at the writing step.
How My MASH Card handles it
A 24-hour nudge fires automatically if there’s been no follow-up action logged on a lead. It’s a reminder, not an auto-send, so nothing goes out without you reviewing it first. When you’re ready to write, the AI draft assistant generates a contextual first draft based on where you met the contact and your notes — you edit it and send it yourself. Every interaction gets logged with direction (inbound or outbound), and it all syncs to your CRM.

Not ready to act on a lead yet? Snooze the nudge for a few days instead of dismissing it entirely, and it comes back on its own.

Best for
- Anyone who has let a warm lead go cold because they forgot to follow up
- People who want help writing the follow-up, not a system that sends it for them
- Sales professionals, service providers, and networkers who meet people in person
- Anyone who has tried a notes app, a spreadsheet, or a CRM they stopped using
Not best for
- Anyone who wants fully automated outreach with no review step — this nudges you and drafts the message, but you review and send
FAQs
Does this send emails automatically to my leads?
No. It reminds you to follow up. You review and send.
What about the AI-drafted follow-up emails?
The AI draft assistant writes a contextual first draft based on where you met the contact and any notes you’ve added. You review it, edit it, and send it yourself. Nothing goes out without you.
What happens if I ignore the reminder?
Nothing sends without you, but the lead stays visible in your feed instead of disappearing into a notes app.
Can I turn the nudge off for a specific lead?
Yes, it can be cancelled per lead if you’ve already handled it another way.
Does this sync to my CRM?
Yes. My MASH Card syncs outbound to NinjaPipe, DealDrive, Google Sheets, or any CRM that accepts a webhook, so a contact you follow up on doesn’t have to be re-typed into your pipeline later.
